Return & Exchange Policy

At Tshetsana the Label, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit — please note that we do not offer refunds.

Return Window

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit may be used towards item exchanges or future purchases.

Exchange & Store Credit Only

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital or physical voucher.
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • No cash refunds will be provided.

Return Process

  • Email info@tshetsana.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Return the item in person at our store or arrange return shipping (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty).

Warranty Policy

At Tshetsana the Label, we value the quality of our products.

Coverage

  • Our items are covered for manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty stitching, broken zippers, damaged fabric upon arrival).

Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.

Claims Process

  • To submit a warranty claim, please email info@tshetsana.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the defect.

Resolution

  • Depending on the case, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
