These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website https://tshetsana.com, including any purchases you make from our online store. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Use of Our Website

• You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not attempt to copy, interfere with, or misuse the website or its content.
• All content (including designs, images, text, and logos) is the intellectual property of Tshetsana the Label and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

3. Products and Orders

• Tailor-Made Clothing: Our products are tailor-made women’s clothing. Variations in size, fabric, or color may occur due to the nature of custom garments.
• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are processed within 1–5 working days.
• Availability: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Botswana Pula (BWP) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable bank or transaction fees.

5. Processing , Handling & Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. All our items are tailor-made to ensure the perfect fit and finish. As a result, a standard processing, making, and handling period of 7 days applies after an order is placed and confirmed before shipping takes place. This timeline allows us to carefully create your garment with the quality and attention it deserves

• • Where We Ship: Botswana, South Africa, and Namibia. For other destinations, please contact us at info@tshetsana.com before ordering.
  • Processing Time
    • After the 7-day making and handling period, orders are processed, shipped and delivered within 1–7 working days .
    • A tracking number will be emailed or sent via SMS once your order has shipped.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Botswana: 2–3 working days (P90 flat rate)
  • South Africa / Namibia: 2–5 working days (P400 flat rate)
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
• Responsibility: Tshetsana the Label is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or incorrect deliveries caused by inaccurate customer information.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours, including photos of the product and packaging.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

At Tshetsana the Label, your satisfaction matters to us.

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Not Eligible:
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Custom or altered garments
  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, or damage
  • Returns after 14 days
• Exchange & Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will receive store credit (valid for 3 months) or an exchange.
• Process: Email info@tshetsana.com with your order number and reason for return, then return in-store or ship back (shipping costs borne by the customer unless the item is faulty).

7. No Refunds Policy

Please note that cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Only exchanges or store credits will be issued for approved returns.

8. Currency Conversion Policy

All transactions on Tshetsana.com are processed in Botswana Pula (BWP). If you choose to pay in another currency, the final amount charged to your account may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

To cover foreign exchange and processing costs, Tshetsana applies a 4% currency conversion fee on all orders paid in currencies other than BWP. This fee is calculated at checkout and included in the total amount due.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may also apply their own additional conversion or international transaction fees. Tshetsana has no control over these charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Botswana law:

• We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses beyond our control.
• We make no warranties that our website will always function without errors or interruptions.
• Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

10. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gaborone, Botswana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
